BOUNAMEAUX SRL processes personal data with a view to serve its clients in conformity with the bylaws of the company.
In the absence of communication and processing of this data, we are not able to properly carry out our goals as professionals experts.
For the purposes stated in section 2, BOUNAMEAUX SRL is authorised to process personal data such as:
first name, surname, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, former expertises, provenance, invoices, …
VAT number, trade register, former expertises, provenance, invoices, … BOUNAMEAUX SRL processes personal data which the concerned persons provide themselves. Personal data may also come from public sources such as Central Companies Databases, the Belgian Gazette and its annexes, the National Bank of Belgium, ... No data is processed unless necessary for the purposes as stated in section 2. Personal data is not shared with other Data Controllers in third countries.
In accordance with the above, BOUNAMEAUX SRL will not disclose personal data collected in this context, and will not sell, lend, or exchange them with any organisation or entity unless it has informed you first and you have given your express consent.
BOUNAMEAUX SRL uses third party IT service providers and uses cloud and a webmail.
BOUNAMEAUX SRL may take all necessary measures to manage its website, cloud and IT systems effectively.
BOUNAMEAUX SRL may disclose personal data when required so by any lawful authority or of on its own initiative if it considers, in good faith, that disclosing such data is required to comply with laws or regulations or to defend and/or protect rights or belongings of the association, its partners, its website and/or yourself.
BOUNAMEAUX SRL implements security and organisational procedures to prevent any unauthorised access to personal data collected as stated, concerning both data collection and storage.
These procedures also apply to all subcontractors and partners of BOUNAMEAUX SRL.

The Clients’, former clients’ and potential clients’ data may be kept for life, including for filing purposes.

The Third Parties’ data is kept as long as the applicable law, such as accounting, tax and social law, requests.
6.3. Once these periods end, personal data is deleted unless it has to be kept for longer under other legislation in force.

For the purposes described in this policy, your personal data will might be transferred outside the EEA (where our cloud and/or webmail are hosted), but in principle to countries that provide an ‘adequate’ level of data protection.
